Why a website for a flat?
We used to print a summary of FAQs on paper to get (new) tenants informed. First we had user-manuals included, but they got lost, or were simply not very nice to look at after a short time. So we added a link to the manufacturers web-site. But more than once addresses changed.
Now we store the user guides in the web and you can access them online, thus having availability ensured when needed.
